Kick start your week with 90 minutes of yoga here at Sports Basement! We host weekly classes with different instructors, styles of yoga and levels of difficulty. Don't worry though - all classes offer modified positions for beginners or those with injuries. Join us with a friend or meet some along the way in our weekly offerings. Get that bit of exercise and mediation at the beginning of your week. It's all about common interests and yoga pant prints.

Bring your own yoga mat, towel and water.
