Did you miss out on our last Yoga class? Don't worry, we are now offering a free Hatha yoga class every other Monday right here at Psoas! Join your awesome instructor, Luke Karamol -- an RYT 200 yoga teacher and Psoas massage therapist. Luke has over two decades of experience practicing and teaching traditional Tibetan and Hatha yoga. He teaches weekly classes and workshops throughout California and across the country.

This hatha yoga class will bring specific attention to working with the breath. We will draw from a series for opening the joints and explore techniques to better understand and develop the breath.

Some helpful tools to bring (we also have these at the studio if you need to borrow any of them):

• Yoga mat




• Belt or a yoga strap




• Towel (to use as a yoga prop)




• Water
