Come take part in our Sports Basement community! Join us every week for a mid-week boost. Every week runners meet in the store to socialize, exercise and foam roll it out. We have premade running route options and you choose between a 3-4 or 6-8 mileage route, but don't worry! All routes can be modified to fit what you're looking for, whether that be a 1 mile option for beginners or longer for the more advanced.

After your run enjoy a cool down at the store where drinks, snacks, foam rollers and the occasional brand rep are awaiting. We are a fun, quirky group of runners who don't like running alone! Join us in the fun anytime.
