The 2017 Digital Marketing Strategies Conference (DMSC) will be held from May 21-23, 2017 at the Napa Valley Marriott Resort & Spa. Dealer Principals, General Managers, Marketing Managers, and dealership sales professionals can register for DMSC for $995 per person.   Non dealer, automotive industry attendees will be limited to companies that sponsor the conference and/or by invitation only.  Attendance includes:
  • Executive level workshops, not sales pitches
  • Breakfast, lunch, breaks, and evening receptions.
  • Internet access in all workshop rooms and conference events
  • Interactive panel discussions
  • High quality content
  • Workshops presentations by top dealers
  • Face to face time with industry leaders, sponsors, and digital marketing experts

  1. Hotel Rooms – Guests can stay at the beautiful Napa Valley Marriott Resort & Spa for an incredible rate of $185 per night. We have only locked in 100 rooms at this rate, so don’t hesitate to call and book your room now.   2. Meals – All attendees will receive complimentary breakfast and lunch on the 22nd and 23rd, and each evening we will have cocktail receptions featuring local Napa Valley winemakers. Attendees are free to enjoy dinner  after the sponsor receptions.
  3. Flight Recommendations -Attendees should plan to arrive in Napa by Friday night or Saturday morning to make the most of the beautiful area. The conference runs through Tuesday evening so departing flights should be schedule for Wednesday morning.Please schedule your flights to arrive on time. Workshop attendees need to be checked in and ready for the kickoff!

Sunday May 21, 2017 – Pre Conference Activities

Sunday evening starts the official programming for the conference. In the morning, guests can participate in tours at local Napa wineries.


Wine Tasting Tour 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Luxury buses will take DMSC attendees on a short wine tour to a few local wineries. The buses will return in time to allow everyone to gather for the opening reception at DMSC with live music in the hotel courtyard.

There will be multiple tours available so that attendees can select which wineries that they would like to visit. Since Napa Valley wineries have limits to how many guests can be accommodated at any one time, this system allows everyone on the tour to have a first class experience.

Buses will depart from the Marriott Parking lot at 9:00 am sharp.

Join DMSC attendees for our opening reception  and music from DJ Pashion to get everyone in the mood to learn. Attendees can also book their own dinner after 8:00 pm, if needed. The opening nights is always a great start to the conference so you will likely want to stick around and make dinner plans for Monday and Tuesday nights.

There are a number of early morning flight back home. Please give yourself a full 3 hours in the morning to drive to the airport, drop off your rental car, and check-in.  Sometimes the morning rush hour can be difficult to judge for traffic.
